Firstly, we want you to know that all custom lettering is attached to your product using a super strong heat bonding process. This means your personalised lettering will last for a long time under normal wear and tear.

Products With Personalisation

Products with personalisation should be rinsed in warm soapy water and wiped clean with a cloth.  Avoid putting in the washing machine or soaking for excessive periods of time.

After your product has been wiped clean, allow to air dry.  We do not recommend putting personalised products in the washing machine or a drying appliance.

 

Products Without Personalisation

Products without personalisation can be placed in a gentle warm or cold washing machine cycle and allowed to air dry.

 

Custom Name Patches

Custom name patches should be removed and cleaned separately, To clean your custom name patch, simply wipe with a damp cloth.
